Adam texted me before his arrival so we were ready. He hustled into the house, did all his Tier 1 diagnosis on our fridge, explaining each step to me. He checked the model and serial number before telling me it was beyond repair, and gave me his repair estimate to prove it. Braydon came to our home today. A very nice young man. Was nice to visit with, explained everything and told me what to expect on his return visit. This was our first experience with AAA Appliance and while I hope we don’t Have to call them for another issue I certainly won’t hesitate! I was kept posted on day and time of appointment and arrival of repair personnel. I have since received texts that the parts have been ordered for our appliances. Great communication.
