Our repairman, Ephrain, was exceptional today. He came to fix the power cord on our Bosch dishwasher that was recalled. He ran into a problem with the way the old cord was running, but he took care of it easily. He was efficient and very informative on how to keep our dishwasher running great. He suggested dishwasher powder like Cascade instead of the pods and tablets that don't fully dissolve and cause problems. He suggested getting a handyman to put in more insulation in the wall behind our dishwasher so the celluloid... read more
