my mother in law passed away over a month ago and these people keep lying to my wife telling her that the pay out would be paid days ago and we have waited over 6 weeks for this money ! my father in law is about to be homeless TODAY because he can't pay his rent or utilities. this company is full of crooks and are all layers. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY !

BEWARE. Underwriters require procedures doctors DO NOT recommend!!! Liars. Scammers. Horrible customer service. After waiting 4 months for the underwriters to analyze my medical records - and they never actually asked for my records from my medical facility. I did all the leg work myself. Find another company to go with..Horrible phone service. Called 4 times in the last 24 hours and have been on hold for over 30 mins each time. I just bought my policy and am going to cancel (if I can ever get through to someone!) If I'm having a hard time getting in the beginning with just a few questions I want answered, I can't imagine how it will be when I actually need them during the time in need. Not the kind of company I want to deal with!

due date was supposed to be changed ,but now after a year getting letter saying I'm in a grace period ,if I don't pay !!!!! so this annoying letter probably come every month , payment is edt wow !!!!
tried for 4 hours to pay bill with credit card, stupid message all that time..went to aaa office in Missouri City Tx got insurance agent..he was unable to correct problem.promised to call when he gavethem correct info..3 weeks later still waiting for call. 43 years member. customer service has gone to hell.

I recently sent a letter requesting a change in beneficiary, which was handled quickly and efficiently with no fuss. I sent the same letter to another insurance company and after 3 followup emails and 3 telephone calls it still has not been done.
The policy I have covers every possible scenario that might happen at my age.
