Worst customer service ever. I sent my cancellation notice in. They charged me following month. When I called the customer service department she said they never received it. I asked for my refund she said no that I authorized them to either the money so it was paid. I again told her I sent a cancellation in and she said well we have no record of that and you authorized the withdrawal. We aren’t refunding the charge. She was rude and hateful no help at all. BEWARE
After asking to be removed multiple times- I continue to be bothered with junk mail, which has now evolved to harassment. I sure hope it doesn’t continue after today- otherwise litigation will be the next step!
I was browsing on the AAA website this weekend for life insurance options and submitted an inquiry, which is an email contact form. Today there is an unauthorized charge for $1 on my credit card account. I did not purchase or sign anything. Very unnerving that they could use my AAA auto account to collect $1 without my authorization. Seems very underhanded. All I can think of is there is some fine print in the contact form that allows them to charge for information. That makes me definitely want to avoid AAA as a provider.
