It’s been over 11 weeks since I contacted them concerning my claims on 2 life insurance policies. I have been given bad information and bounced around multiple times. I have called at least 6 times. I’ve done everything that has been requested and 80 days later nothing had been accomplished

i purchased Plus membership. When Person a bicycle that has roadside asstance and it is part of the service you shouldn't have to see ID. You left me with no help no service. i have my membership card onmy phone. only I know the password. Ridiculous. Absolutely terrible service and care for your fellow man.
Stop sending me 2 offers a week every single week of my life if nobody can give me any information about the policy when I call because I live in NYC.

I asked to have $10,000 of my term life converted to whole life and they raised to premium of my term life after they lowered the coverage by $10,000. Still waiting for a new policy showing the problem has been corrected.
I recently called AAA to convert part of my term life policy to whole life. They got that taken care of but the premium for my term life went up instead of down like the agent said it would. It's been a few days and they still haven't fixed the problem.
This has been an absolutely horrible experience for me as well my mother died February 12, 2022 and still I cannot bring her body home and I cannot have a funeral We have not been able to have a closure that we need because We are still waiting💔 I turned the claim in Feb 14th and was told 3 different times that I would most likely not need any forms filled out except death certificate and that it would be 14 days then when I called back after 14 days I was told that I needed the forms filled out and death certificate and th... read more
