Aaron and his staff members are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated to superior customer service! People who are rare to come by in my opinion. Aaron Refearn was great at getting our mortgage closed quickly and efficiently. Navigating the lending world can be quite painful, as I have experienced with other banking relationships (other house purchases, etc). But Aaron Redfearn was able to anticipate what was needed, and make sure we closed on time, without a mad scurry at the end.

Work with you step by step. Completed process in less than 15 days. Most importantly they meet their commitments. Closed on purchase of new home and they rolled document package over to complete investment property financing without any problems

Aaron and his associates were very attentive. I was in a 60-day lock on my interest rate due to an extended closing date. In the interim time from clear to close to my closing, the rates dropped. Aaron and his associates recognized that this would save me money and proceeded to secure the lower rate for me. I would recommend Aaron to anybody looking to buy a home.

I have used Aaron Redfearn to buy three homes over the last 8 years. Aaron was usually available to take my calls and if not, always returned them the same day. I occasionally would receive a call or email from Aaron after hours which made me feel like my loan was very important to him. Despite all of my questions through the process of getting these loans, Aaron's expertise was always appreciated and made the home buying experience stress-free. I highly recommend Aaron.
