About All Floors Douglassville is Great. They have a thorough selection of top quality flooring products. Their Staff is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. My wife & I worked with Pearl to choose LVT for our kitchen floor. When I explained that we were going to install the flooring ourselves, Pearl had their installer share their expertise on how to do the install and things to watch out for. We recently had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in our family room, kitchen, powder room, and laundry rooms. The staff at All About Floors was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The installers (Carl and his son) did a great job! The work entailed removing the carpet in the family room and removing ceramic tile in the other rooms. They were prompt every day, and cleaned up as well. They explained the process as they went along. We are very, very happy with our experience!!
Rolan did our flooring and he did an AMAZING job!! OMG!!! I am so in love! The way how our floors were set up with the carpet and half hardwood was a very complicated way which is hard to install and Rolan nailed it!! He made it look as if nothing was even there when you walk in. I am extremely pleased. So happy! 😃 Thanks again so much. We have been waiting a very long time to find who can do this and Rolan accomplished it. Thanks again!
I was seeking professional help to re-due 4 rooms in my upstairs. I had builder grade carpet before and I wanted something nicer that would last for years . I met Pearl at All About Floors, she was wonderful. She taught me alot about carpet choices and what would be the best carpet for my busy home and lifestyle. We used About All Floors for our recent kitchen project. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Pearl helped guide us in the showroom to make great choices for both the tile and backsplash, Tom came out to our house to measure and explain the work being done and Dave did a great job at the install. We love our floor and backsplash - their customer service is unmatched and the work done was amazing.
We had a great experience picking out carpet with Ruth. She has gone above and beyond by showing us multiple options, staying after shift to work with us and changing our order last minute. We would highly recommend:)
Our experience was completely enjoyable going to the amazing, renovated Douglassville store - it is an absolutely gorgeous showroom!
