From the first moment I walked in the door I felt like I was dealing with the best. They know what they are talking about. The we have the manager of installation , Don.... he is fabulous to work with. He has many great years of experience, and it showed. I told him how great his installers were. My house was not easy and they were also professional, and great at what they do ..my carpet looks awesome. I got the Karastan silk threads and I couldn’t be more pleased . Thank you to all who made this a wonderful experience.
Everyone was very helpful as I had to choose flooring after unexpected flood damage to my finished basement. Suggestions for flooring choices were spot on. The installers cleaned up after their work. This was an excellent experience after upsetting circumstances. Thanks to Tom, Donny and Jaclyn.
The owners and installers are fantastic. After lots of work designing a custom master bathroom, the owners helped us select gorgeous tile and lay the floor in a striking pattern to really make our bathroom shine. Our master shower has white glossy subway tile laid so expertly and straight, it brings a tear to my eyes. When we did the walk through and saw one of the tiles in the shower had been damaged by someone drilling through an adjacent closet, the installers from About All Tiles came and repaired the defect so well you ... read more

All about floors installed flooring in my new house. They installed the hard wood look tile that we paid as an upgrade and it is completely un-even!! It has been 3 weeks and they have done nothing to correct the issue! This was after several other issues we have had with them! They tried to pass off tiling the boarder of two of our tiled showers with a completely different colored tile thinking we wouldn’t even notice it! disappointing. Will not use or recommend. After sale customer service was rude. This is a second review. First was never posted.
We will not use them again. Staff attitude disappointing.Reschedule of installation was delayed due to their inability to obtain vinyl flooring to match competitor. Due to that we lost the flooring from the other vendor. Their staff was rude about the change. After install. staff reportedly complaining about performing the job they were hired to do. Went into store to make sure my selection of carpet was the one I wanted. Already had room measured for the job to be done. Sales person went to get estimate for the job. She gave me a total price. I ask her to break down the prices so I would know what I was paying for carpet, padding and labor. That seemed to be a question they are not willing to answer so you can not shop other places.
