We couldn't be any happier with our choice of using About All Floors for our recent purchase and installation. Pearl was so knowledgeable in helping us choose the right product. Don, who came to measure , took his time to share his expertise in explaining the process to us. Dave our installer was the BEST . He was professional, experienced, and did his job to perfection. We would highly recommend About All Floors !
Tom was great. He helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our needs and our budget. Everybody who works there was super helpful and pleasant to work with. If you need good flooring at a good price, this is the place to come to.
About All Floors was a fantastic experience for us! Tom helped us with options and gave us confidence in the product we chose and the installation process. Don performed the measurement process and provided more information. Carl and Justin performed the tear-out and install of the floor. I went to all 5 local flooring businesses. All about Floors was clearly the best. They had a great selection and did a wonderful job. Customer service not to be beat!
We had our entire first floor and hall switched from carpet to hardwood and two bathrooms tiled. The crew at About All Floors was extremely helpful through the process by offering suggestions, samples and over communicating throughout the process. The installers were super friendly and left the house clean and tidy each evening. I highly recommend them and will be using them again when it's time to upgrade our basement.
What a remarkable experience from the day they came to do the estimate to the install. Alan and his son the installers did an amazing job! So happy without rug!!!
Extremely pleased with our recent sunroom floor installation. Knowledgeable sales people guided me toward the best choice. Installer worked around our schedule. Everone went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Not our first project completed by them. All have been equally wonderful. I highly recommend.
Everyone was very helpful. They were able to quickly finish a job that another contractor had left unfinished. The installers were on time, courteous and cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend About All floors.
From the first moment I walked in the door I felt like I was dealing with the best. They know what they are talking about. The we have the manager of installation , Don.... he is fabulous to work with. He has many great years of experience, and it showed. I told him how great his installers were. My house was not easy and they were also professional, and great at what they do ..my carpet looks awesome. I got the Karastan silk threads and I couldn’t be more pleased . Thank you to all who made this a wonderful experience.
