They did a very good job. They put some tumble stone and some bronze little things in the middle. They did some really nice stuff. I used the one on Beach Boulevard. They came out about four years ago. It wasn't inexpensive. I had to order some of it from Italy. I wasn't really into checking prices, it was the quality that I wanted. They were the highest of all quotes. They were very professional and came out when they said they would. One thing I remember on the quote is that there was a miscellaneous charge with a significant amount of money which I’m not sure what that represented. We actually got quotes from 3 different companies and one thing that skewed it up for them is that they have the highest amount of square footage. The one that we got scratches easily, we didn't realize that, but the work they did was fine, and also work they did on my daughter. The product we picked was dark wood and it was scratch free. They were really nice people to work with. It looks really pretty. No one knows that it got some scratches on it when we moved. It was a good price. About Floors N More were great at both advising on carpet choices and working with me on quantity, price, and actual installation. I needed the carpet within a short time frame for expected company and Donna, in particular, went out of her way to make sure the manufacturer could deliver the product and the installers could install it in time. This was a project we wanted to do but it became a necessity when I got frustrated and pulled up the carpet in my dining room. Our house looked like a patchwork quilt with carpet, tile, laminate and concrete. We wanted to get the wood look tile but the first place we got estimates quoted us $16,000.00 for 1250 square ft. I wanted to replace the original white tile in the kitchen with something new and decided to do the smaller jobs while they were there. I walked into the store one day and Beth helped me immediately. She knew her products well. She came to the house and measured and we picked a tile for the bathroom closet. She was good about returning calls and e-mails, and other staff was always very cordial if she was not available.
