I purchased wall to wall carpet for my 3 bedrooms and was really impressed with the outstanding care and customer service by both Richard and Don. The day after installation Don called me asking if I was satisfied with the job. I thought the crew was very good and careful but I was not happy about the seams. They sent a manager out to look at them and agreed that there was a color slight match issue. They made arrangements to completely redo the entire project! This was the 5th and 6th floorsI have purchased from this store. We keep going back because of their fair prices, but more importantly outstanding customer service. The sales force are friendly and helpful always willing to give advice and suggest alternative solutions. Installation has been fast and without problems.

Great experience from start to finish! The store staff were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The wood flooring installers did an excellent job and that comes from someone who is extremely detailed and finicky.

I started my research online with Mohawk and selected a few products to view in store. Mohawk referred me to About Floors n More. Worked mostly with John who was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and made recommendations. Measured my rooms accurately and worked with my needs and schedule. We had the whole house done with tile that looks like wood and then designer tile in one bathroom. The guys did a fantastic job and we absolutely LOVE it. Liz was a great help in showing us possibilities and making suggestions. I was all finished when she suggested we change the tile around the fireplace.
