Great help from Samantha picking out our floors and picking trim for the job. Easy from start to finish. The install crew were professional fast and cleaned up superbly.

The porcelain tile installed was done a very professional manner and the installer was courteous and arrived on time. The customer service was great from first contact to the final walk-through. One concern was how displacing the installation was. We were given the impression that the installation crews are used to working around families and people who work from home, but we essentially had to move out of our house. We made it clear early on that we'd need to have at least one room available so we could help with furniture removal (and keep our dogs safe and secure) but that did not happen.
