Samantha was knowledgeable and helpful in when assisting us with tile and carpet. She ensured we got samples we needed which helped us in selecting the tile for our bathroom remodel and master bedroom carpet. Samantha provided excellent customer service!!!
Purchased a quartz countertop with installation as part of a master bath remodel project. Very nice store with a lot of items/samples on display to view and choose from... carpet, wood flooring, tile, cabinets and hardware, stone counter top, etc. Sales personnel are very pleasant and helpful. Installers did a nice job and followed up to repair a small flaw/spot in the countertop (can't tell it was ever there).
The installers were on time, efficient and professional. Great job!
We are replacing the tile in our kitchen and master bath. Lori at the Jacksonville store has been very helpful to us in making our tile selection. We’re looking forward to installation to update our tile floors. Great improvement! Thanks, Lori.
