The work quality was good but they weren't easy to do business with.
The final product is beautiful and well-made. It took the better part of 9 months to get to completion. Communication directly with the company could have been better. Eli and Alex were very responsive. We understood the issues with supply and demand, but we became very discouraged when we blew by Christmas and it was not done.
Very thorough and professional presentation by Sonny Bebout. Communication through the experience was very good. The installers did a great job and were very professional and thorough.
