Quality work, good follow-up, friendly staff.
Absolute Aluminum was very good. Although I was not happy that I had to wait 5 months. When the man came, he was very polite and thorough. He did a great job.
I was disappointed in the engineering process regarding the county permit. The wrong plot plan and light fixture were apparently submitted, requiring a delay in the permit issuance. This caused a long delay in starting the project. I was also disappointed in the communication with the customer relations director. We are very pleased with the looks and quality of the wall.
They're an excellent company with great communication. They have high quality products and good employees.
