If not for the Covid headwind and the very efficient experience with Joe, the rating would have been a "2".
I would recommend based on quality results, but caution on project delays and missed time commitments
I would recommend with caution Absolute had to come back several times to complete. As a matter of fact, as of today, 1/20 Absolute has to come back because they ran out of material in the color needed to match the gutters installed. White was used till the bisque color is available. This will be the third time for the installation team, once for the supervisor and an email and telephone call to the salesman. I must add that the supervisor and salesman were courtesy and took care of my concerns.
