This is a medical practice that should be a model of how to treat patients! It hasn't always been the case, but I'm fortunate to have wonderful Doctors with incredible staff members and this office is prime example of that. Dr Zook and every single person on his staff that I had the pleasure of meeting were welcoming, professional yet friendly, and patient as I asked questions. I'm so very glad I was referred to this Dr Zook!
I was referred to Dr. Zook by another Dermatologist as she did not do this particular procedure that I needed to have..I had basil carcinoma on my nose, probably the worst place to get it. I was nervous about having MOHS surgery but I trusted Dr. Zook by the high ratings he had as a MOHS surgeon, so he did the surgery and did a wonderful scar free job at that. I had a pre-cancerous growth on the top of my head. First visit was to scrape a piece for a biopsy. Set the follow up appointment for that determined the area had to be removed and sutured. Dr. Zook explained the procedure and what it entailed. We set the appointment to remove sutures. Dr. Zook has a great personality, a sense of humor and he is highly educated. It is the best and friendliest medical office I've ever visited!
I always ask for Zoey when I make an appointment and today I was reminded why: She is thorough and professional, making me confident that my skin health is in excellent hands. AAD is lucky to have Zoey as a PA. She has a kind and gentle approach, despite having to cover a lot in a short visit - I have never felt rushed.
He is thorough as you want him to be. Pleasant and won't do unnecessary procedures.

She is not only knowledgeable, skilled and thorough but genuinely committed to the compassionate care of her patients. I trust her completely and unconditionally.
One of the best Doctors I've ever been to. Although he examines quickly, he is very thorough and I have complete confidence in him. A very caring Dr with a wonderful staff.
