He was quick but thorough and endearing considering i had only just met him. His nurse seemed sweet and caring and I didn't feel a thing! Healed quickly without any complications.
Dr. Zook is the best in the field of dermatology, highly recommended.
He's a great Doctor. I am very comfortable with him. At first, I was a bit concerned with how abrupt he seemed, but with future appointments, I learned that was just "his way". He has been able to treat my condition with the concern and determination one would expect from their Dr. He is well informed and progressive. I have health issues that hes taken into careful consideration along the way of my treatment despite my own desire to rush into more agressive treatments. I respect him for that.
If only all Doctors were as caring as this man.
She made me feel at ease and made sure a biopsy that needed to be done was approved by insurance before doing it. She explained what she was doing and why. She was very gentle doing the "shave" biopsy on my pinky. She also answered all my questions openly and without frustration when I didn't understand.
I was so very scared when I went in today because my cyst was so bad. Well I can tell you without hesitation that this place is where to go!!!! They were so very professional and so very kind. Dr. Zook and his assistant are my heros!!!! They took me into their care and talked me thru it all the way. I can't say enough about how appreciative and thankful I am to them!!! I thank them so very much!!! And I got there like an hour early and I was out of there before I was scheduled to be there!!!!
He is polite, friendly and thorough. He supplies logical options for care.
The worst dermatologist I have ever had. Extremely dismissive and is always rushing to finish the appointment, doesn't even pretend to care. Go somewhere else if possible
I came in for an annual exam. He spent less than 20 seconds looking at my skin. He seemed quite knowledgeable and confident, but couldn't be bothered to spend time with me.
