Sandra was great in keeping us up to date with how my dad was doing during the trip. My dad is mostly nonverbal but he said he had a good trip and was treated great. I would definitely recommend ACCMEDLINK to other people. Thank you for all you do and did for our family!

ACC Medlink was the perfect way to transport both of my parents (ages 95 and 97) from Illinois to assisted living in Minnesota, an 8-hour trip they were unable to make in a car. Eric made sure they had their favorite snacks and entertainment on board and was well attuned to their medical needs. He kept us apprised of how they were doing and their arrival time. Everything went exactly as planned and my parents were comfortable and safe. Thank you.

This review is based on the information from the passenger, Gina She spoke very highly of all three employees. She said she would give it a 10 out of 10! Since this was an almost 24 hour ride I would say that was exceptional.

Overall great experience. The crew was very courteous and kind and tried to make us feel as comfortable as they could. We got to our destination not too long after the time that was quoted to us so that was also nice. We're happy to have chosen this company for our transport.

Our experience with the team that transported our father from Virginia to Cleveland made for the smoothest transition. We had no idea what to expect. Our father was 83 years old,in a rehab that was not caring for him properly and we knew we needed to move him to Cleveland as soon as possible. The administration office worked efficiently, as well as patiently with us to intiate the transfer. Lovely, caring, helpful. You brought my 98 y.o. mom up from Orlando to Virginia. I was terribly worried because a) that's a huge move and b) mom has complete dementia. The three crewmembers were sweet and professional, and everything went perfectly. Thank you, ACC!
