The crew was amazing! All three of them. Although we lost our loved one on the way, they were excellent with assisting Margaret and very comforting. I could not thank you enough for all that you all have done to help us in this process. Although he was an hour or so from his physical house, he made it to NC, his home state... which is what he wanted. He wanted to go home! Your service is awesome! To Maria, Tammy, Chris and the drivers and nurse on board, I am so grateful for you!
Moving from Massachusetts to South Carolina is daunting in itself. Then when you're disabled, it adds a whole other layer to it. My trip was safe and relaxing. Would definitely use again.
Overall I was pleased with the service. However, it seems like there was somewhat of a communication breakdown as it relates to the moving timeline. I was initially told an 8PM pickup would result in my mother arriving at 1PM the next day. Then I was provided multiple arrival times of 2PM, 4:30PM, 5:30 and lastly 6:30PM. That is a significant miss from what was initially promised and extremely disappointing.
Every member of the crew was polite, efficient, and respectful. The vehicle was clean, tidy, and well maintained. My needs were met. We arrived on time. Really enjoyed the movie selection. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink!
Everything about and everyone involved in the transport - from start to finish was first rate! Beth, the trip coordinator, was wonderful. Very responsive, attentive to detail and reassuring. All important as I was transporting my 89 year old mother with many medical conditions from NY to Florida. My mother then raved about Tonya, her nurse on board, and Kaishon and Shawn, her two drivers, stating that they were all so caring, attentive, funny and kind.
