All in all, it was a great experience! The drivers were very courteous and respectful. We really appreciated their expertise in driving. There weren't any close calls for the entire trip. It was super long all the way across the country. It was a whirlwind of forty-four-hours, but they made it doable. They stopped every few hours for gas and bathroom breaks. A blessing! And, a comfort to me to know my parents were in such wonderful hands - and taken good care of, and safely transported! My parents were in an assisted living center in Delaware, and frankly, they were not being taken very good care of. My mother particularly was very weak and meek. Great company to work with! I hired this company to transport my mother from one state to another, 500 miles. My mother is bed and wheelchair-bound, and has dementia. All of my concerns were alleviated pretty quickly, when I saw the comfortable mattress they put her on, and the van they were driving with. I followed behind, and anytime my mother asked for me, Banks, the paramedic, opened the window Blinds, so that mom could see I was right behind them! I could not have asked for anything more! We needed to move a family member from a hospital in California, to one in North Carolina. We were extremely pleased with the services provided by ACC Medlink. They kept me in the loop over the phone, and they were very nice, sincere people. Very impressed with their service! I've already talked to two or three other people about ACC Medlink and left a good review about them on Google. They did a great job. I was very impressed. My wife went online to find them, and we read reviews. It's not the kind of service we use all the time or anything, so we didn't know much about it.
