Every detail of the trip was communicated with us from start to finish. They showed up on time. My mom was greeted with kindness and respect. They were gentle in moving her and patient in explaining how the trip would go. Regina, John and Richard were amazing. They accommodated her belongings, made it a point to have conversation, share stories and keep her comfortable. I can't say I've ever expected to use or need this service but here we are. For the trip from OKC to Denver, we had a great crew! Regina was our nurse and Jeff and Joe were the drivers and I couldn't have had a better crew. They were all very professional, accommodating, and made the trip as easy as it could be.

Medlink just delivered my 96 yr old mother and 70 yr old brother to Michigan from Florida, from 2 different rehab facilities. The trip was quick, efficient and the care and concern they showed for both of my mom and brother was fantastic. They were gentle and kind and very understanding, which was good seeing as my mother can become agitated sometimes. They kept in contact with us the whole way. We used ACC Medlink to transport our 96 year old uncle from Naperville, IL to Nebraska (7.5 hour trip). The staff (De'Angelo, Joe, & Richard) were beyond AMAZING! They kept in great contact with us before the actual transportation. They were very prompt and right on time for the pickup and even met the established drop off time. Since we were so anxious to get home, we only requested one pit stop on the way. De'Angelo provided more care and attention in that short time than the nursing home did his entire stay. We cannot say enough about Hilda, Rich & Keith. They showed up on time to pick up my mother in law from a rehab center in NY to drive her to us in TN. Not only did they arrive here early they had everything we needed to care for her. They were all so kind and caring and compassionate. I am so glad we decided to hire them.
