The crew was amazing! All three of them. Although we lost our loved one on the way, they were excellent with assisting Margaret and very comforting. I could not thank you enough for all that you all have done to help us in this process. "I was riding with my very frail mother. They arrived on time and did a great job to safely get her on board and transported. Very friendly staff. An outlet for my phone charger was available, very helpful for a long trip. Also, got to the location with no wrong turns! Very reassuring to be able to ride with her. They required us to get negative covid tests but then didn't want to see them when we boarded. No one wore a mask but I didn't either. I assume they would have if I had requested it.

EVERYTHING!!!…my husband and I flew from ATL to Las Vegas on September 27 for a week’s stay to enjoy our Class Reunion and Bruno Mars’s Concert. Inflight, my husband developed a pneumothorax (partially collapsed right lung). After being hospitalized for 21 days at Desert Springs Medical Center Hospital, we were BLESSED and FORTUNATE to secure the services of ACC MEDLINK! I would like to thank Michael and John who helped move my mother from Aberdeen Nc to Howard City Mi today! Michael treated us like family and took awesome care of my mother and myself. John was an awesome driver and was just like family too. You couldn’t ask for a better team! The vehicle was ok, but definitely not like it was advertised.
