New resident I am so glad I chose carriage hill for my new home. Kaitlyn walked me throughthe whole rental process and made sure my transition to my new community was smooth. The unit was spotless and maintenance has not taken more than thirty minutes to respond to a couple of small issues. I am very pleased to be here and couldn't have done it without Kaitlyn and the staff here.

He and the Maintenance Team are working to fix the gate issue. The Maintenance Team is the reason I have lived at Carriage Hill Apartments since 2007. I appreciate the outstanding and prompt service!
