RecommendedI’ve never had service done but wanted to comment on type of people Accurate Heating and cooling hire. My family (2 adults and 3 kids) were stranded on side of road in front of their office. There is a fence between their office and the highway. Their employee came to check on us. We had a flat tire on our camper, on our first trip out. Had our kids standing out in the sun. RecommendedThe Accurate techs who installed our AC unit were prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job in a timely manner and were courteous in leaving the areas where they worked very clean. They took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was working properly before they left. We appreciated their excellent service at a time when we know their schedules are busy!

RecommendedThere was a faint smell of gas in my kitchen Friday morning. I called Accurate Heating & Cooling to see if someone could check the line for me. Their schedule was full for the day, but due to the nature of my problem, they managed to get me in. Jeremy was here by 2:00 pm. He found the leak and was able to fix it quickly. And because I have a service plan for my furnace & AC, I had a coupon in the mail to save some $ on the service call. Many thanks to Michelle, Amy & Jeremy for keeping us safe!

Mike was great, explained what was wrong, and that I needed a new unit. He promptly contacted his boss, Charlie, who sent me a quote and promised a new install the very next day!
