I would like to thank Accurate Heat/AC for the care and concern for my family they showed us during the past 2 weeks. Our 2 heat pumps went out at the same time and of course during the hottest and humid weather we have had. Mitch Higgins came out, gave us an estimate and did everything possible to have units installed within a week. He worked miracles for us. I was having trouble with my thermostat on my Bryant heat pump that I purchased from them almost 5 years ago. We had a very nice & knowledgable service repair man today. He put in a new thermostat that was still under warranty. Accurate has always been so helpful. If anyone is considering purchasing a new heat pump, I highly recommend them! Ordered a generac whole house natural gas powered generator in early October 2020. Was prepared to pay cash. Wasted time with sales representative Mitch who said install would most likely be February 2021. Told sales guy put me on the list and turned down 2 other companies because I wanted to do business locally. Haven’t heard another word. Time is coming for a new furnace and whole house AC. On oct 2nd accurate came out to diagnose my heat pump because on my thermostat it said "outdoor equipment fault". They said it's your compressor that is bad and it would be $1200 to replace because our compressor is under warranty. On oct 28th they came and replaced the compressor. That night our heat pump ran all night and blew out cold air. We called accurate the next day and a tech came out and said it our "txv" is bad and it would be another$879 to replace.
