After spending over $1200 (on a new) and two trips our hot water still doesn’t work. They should have made sure it was producing hot water first. The technicians were nice and knowledgeable just not about tying our boiler into the system. They adjusted stuff and now it doesn’t work. Now there is no after hour plumbing service. I know it’s not nice to cuss but when I get frustrated I cuss, but then the people who picked up the phone were rude. Was at my home on Oct 14, 2019, work on my furnace and stated that I need new ductwork waited for them to call them January I call them to find out what's going and was told I get a callBack.. Waited did hear back called corporate then get a phone call after I called corporate at 9.30 pm to set up delivering materials and getting a crew in two days. I had already called some else DJ heating and Colling and they were here the next day and got me fix up right away. I will never use Accuracy

they gave us a quote and we said yes. then they came out and installed a smaller unit. they now refuse to give us the size we paid for. The old bate and switch is not something a good company does.

I would stay away from this company. I was billed $137 for a tech to be at my house for a little under 8 minutes. I didn't even see him take out any equipment to test my system. Don't know how he could've in that amount of time. He looked at the inside unit, then went and looked at the outside unit. At that point he told me that I had a leak in my outside condenser and left. He didn't ask if I would like it fixed or anything. Just left. He clearly didn't have time for me or my job, which I can see why if he is getting $140 f... read more

Do not charge 500..00 dollars just to hook up a water heater. When the new water heater is here and all the fittings. Even if all the stuff was not here that is ridiculous to charge that. What are they using ,solid gold parts... Would not recommend.

I was just hit by an accurate heating and cooling van traveling the wrong way on a one way road, downtown Chillicothe on second st. When I caught up to the driver he stated that he didn’t know it was a one way street and that he didn’t see me In the crosswalk. He then stated it was my fault for being on a skateboard in a cross walk. This doesn’t seem like appropriate behavior for a commercial business let alone someone who had just struck a pedestrian. -pedestrian

Installation of our new air conditioning system went smooth, however 3 days later I came to find my basement (where the unit had been installed) completely flooded with a half a foot of water, after one of their workers knocked the sump pump power cord loose during the install, in turn cutting it's power off. Because of this, not only did my basement completely flood over the next 3 days due to heavy rains that week, but once turned back on after discovering said flooding, a clog had developed which then caused our upstairs ... read more
