They charged me $550 to replace a Thermocouple, should have cost half that price. Huge Ripoff, President hung up on me when I tried to get him to justify the huge upsell charged me $20 for $20 thermocouple. Stay away

Received a quote that was nearly double what it should have been. They were very efficient in the quote process but there were several charges that were not necessary and the rates were incredibly steep for the job in question. They were very interested in selling me their monthly packages which I see no value in. I paid them for their quote but we won't be doing business together.

The response was quick and the team was courteous. They diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Overall done in under an hour. My only reason for not recommending ACE Plumbing as very good is their prices. I was charged $500 to snake between the sewer access and the bathtub (lower level) distance was ~6 ft. I moved and disconnected the washer and dryer and removed a plywood backing to expose access. I returned everything to normal afterwards. Not impressed quoted $553 for a part that my husband bought for $58, and the water heater still not working. They don't stand up to the "ace' name in my opinion....
