Bernie, Brian and Frans were all excellent to work with. Professional and knowledgeable in their work and explanation regarding code, cost and future maintenance recommendations. I have no hesitation in recommending ACE to anyone for plumbing and heating needs. Garry
Our technician Bernie couldn't have been more helpful and thorough in his job today. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The administration staff is very pleasant to talk to and got us scheduled in very quickly.
Ryan, the technician, did a fine job in servicing our two hot water tanks, changing the internal anodes and checking the gas firing system. He also elaborated on the dos and don'ts related to our water supply system while at home or away for extended periods of time. To top it off, he took the time to try to repair our water softener, after getting some direction over his cell phone from the water softener manufacturer. Terrible Experience, They installed a new thermocouple on my furnace and charger me over $*** for the service. Should have been about half that price. Tried to talk to **** ******** about the charge and he hung up on me without justifying the high charge. Avoid at all costs ******

Re: Ace Plumbing Was told when I booked the appointment that the technician would have a fully equipped truck stocked with all the required parts. Was given an estimate for the repair work, but was very disappointed when we were told that the original estimate given to us would have to be revised due to the fact that the parts was not available in the truck and had to be ordered from a supplier. Called for a ballpark price for a water heater replacement. Instead got some **********who hung up on me after I asked to speak directly with someone who could give me Manufacturer, Warrantee, Cost and Installation Cost. Called again and the person (female) said they wouldn't be happy doing business with me. Not a problem, found someone else to do the job.
Wanted a ballpark $ for a 40 gal. hot water tank....however would not give me a price and instead wanted to send out a technician to look at it and give me a quote. It is a replacement so I know that I need a 40 gallon tank. Unfortunately I see no reason to pay someone $89 only to be told that I need to replace at 40 gallon hot water tank.
