RecommendedHad the tank less water heater serviced today and Bernie handled the job very well. He was on time, friendly and had some good suggestions to help give the water heater a longer life. They diamond program is a great value and you can save money. Like that idea. Great job and will call Ace plumbing in the future.
Just a brief note to comment on Brian and Jeff who were at my home this morning for the yearly inspection. Both my husband and I appreciate the care they took on making sure everything was in good working condition. Brian also took time to inform us on new methods to protect the house. It was a please to have them inspect our home and we appreciate their professionalism. Thank you both.
RecommendedBrian came our to look at our humidifier. It needed replacing and was able to go and get the new one and install it all in one day! RecommendedGreat experience this week. Rick with Ace went over and above expectations fixing our tankless water system and updating our garburator. When complications arose, and I couldn't stay in the house, Rick came back after dinner until the issue was resolved.
