We have used Ace Plumbing for over 15 years and would highly recommend them. Amanda was our phone contact this time and was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Ryan was our technician this time and he was really great. He went over everything and spent some time checking a couple of other things for me. We needed a new hot water tank and he took the time to make sure we knew what was available. He gave me several quotes and explained each one. They are the best we’ve ever used
Ace plumbing is all I ever use for my plumbing needs. The staff is fantastic! Recently, I have had Bernie and Derek at my home for service visits. I think it’s a prerequisite to have a good sense of humour to get a job there. Any receptionist I have spoke with have been polite and professional. I should carry a stack of their business cards with me as I am always recommending them. Great service and quality work. They will always give a courtesy call before they come. Keep up the good work guys!
We have had Brian out to our place a couple of times now and he always does an excellent job, friendly, attentive and always leaves the area clean and tidy. Seriously 5/5 stellar service, couldn't recommend them enough.
Derek was totally awesome, great attitude and personality, very knowledgeable and efficient. Did a very comprehensive inspection and a reasonable quote, then proceeded to do all of the work. Very Impressed.
Chelsea was awesome on the phone. She explained the process quickly and efficiently. We have never had to call a plumber before and she put me at ease right away. Geoff was excellent he was an all-around nice guy, pleasant, professional and efficient. He looked at the leak, provided us with the options and did a great job fixing the problem. We would recommend ACE PLUMBING in a heartbeat.
We have had Ace Plumbing replace our hot water tank in 2015, do an emergency repair on our furnace last winter and they have just completed a free 100 point inspection of our plumbing. They have always gone above and beyond what is necessary to complete the job. From the office staff (Veronica) to the technician (Geof) we are very impressed with their professionalism and the courtesy the extend to us.
Brian provided excellent service on this call, as he has on the all other calls he's made to our home. He makes excellent suggestions and explains options very well.
