AWFUL COMPANY! They took 5 days to even come out to help me, they pushed my appointment back 3 times in one day and left us hanging. Not only was my appointment time between ****, they pushed back to **** and now the tech isnt coming til 6. He has yet to arrive, and my family and two small children have not been able to put food, milk or basic needs in our fridge or freezer, since neither are working. Its not the customers fault that you cant schedule appointments accordingly and give the tech's enough time to do their jobs.... read more

I really wish I could rate them a ZERO. They have been attempting to fix a dryer since July. Yes, July and this is September. They have come to my home 5 times. They are obviously incompetent to say the least. Instead, of admitting that they can not fix something they keep wanting to come back. Buyers beware!!!!!

AHS sent me this contractor. Came 3 times to my house to fix my microwave and every time said needed different parts. Delayed the process by a month and then said could not fix it. I have notified AHS to never use them.

I have NEVER had the occasion to work with a worse company than Act Appliance Repair. They took many days to make an appointment to come look at the appliance. The renter showed the tech the problem. The range top will only work on medium (sometimes) or high. It will not work on low. The renter cannot cook only on high. The tech continually told the renter that the range top was working properly and absolutely refused to repair the range top. We just had a full home inspection and the inspector made note of that very problem... read more

Not good at all. Working with them and American Home Shield, which is also doing horribly in my opinion. ACT has been by four different times with different parts to try and fix my dryer. The receptionist Emily seems to be untruthful to me. The technician stated that he cannot fix my dryer but for some reason, I am still waiting on ACT and AHS to try and resolve this issue for me. I've called both over 5 times and waited over 2 hours to try and speak to someone, each time with no resolve. Running around in circles here. I pa... read more
