We had spikes and cages installed on our roof to keep birds away. After a month some spikes came off. The company came back out and fixed the loose pieces without a hassle. No issues since.
Scott came out and put our mind at ease in regards to our termite scare. He also took the time to explain and examine the areas we were most worried about.
