These guys are awesome. Been to my house twice, first for gopher extermination. Second was to follow up to see if the gophers were gone. YES, no more gophers. Additionally, their communication is great. Both visits Andrew called first to confirm the time. Plus, Tammy from the office sent me a reminder text. Now the best part; there was a bee hive in one of our trees, Andrew got rid of the (killer) bees while he was there. I will use there guys for everything from now on. THANK YOU

Originally I had Action come out to do an inspection prior to purchasing a home. They found termite activity and recommended treatment. I waited until I moved in and began demo for a remodel then contacted two other companies for bids. Even though Action wasn't the cheapest, they walked the home with me and explained the process better than the others. I had the most confidence in them. Herbert Jones was on time and very helpful in determining the best treatment approach for a very infested run down property that we got at auction. I had last minute requests on a saturday that the operator was able to route to him in time. He sent detailed pictures and was not afraid to get in the areas he needed to investigate even through the house has trash, mold and droppings everywhere. We are grateful he is willing to take on the job.

Sean did an excellent job explaining the service and the process, along with instructions for after he left. From the first phone call to the completed service, all things were explained and the communication was really good. Daniel, the inspector, also provided great service. Action Termite will definitely replace my previous pest control/termite company.

Everything from the inspection to the day of service was professional, timely, and informative. Art the inspector and my technician, Eddie Frausto, were both very helpful and made me feel comfortable with confronting this issue. As a first time home owner, it's difficult to find people who are trustworthy, and I believe Action Termite has great employees and I appreciated that they didn't push any additional services or products.
