Called Action Termite based on the reviews they got on Angie's List. The woman who answered was courteous & friendly. She told me she could get someone out in less than 24 hours and gave an estimated time frame for arrival. Scott, the inspector, arrived promptly the next morning. He spent about 20-30 minutes checking the entire house, inside and out. In the end, he concluded we were clear - no termites to worry about.
