DMD Kronenwett was on time, and took the time required for the anesthesia to take effect, so there was no pain associated with shot or the rest of procedure. Plus the anesthesia was proportional for the procedure. This was a difficult case due to mismanagement at a different clinic.
Staff is all friendly and welcoming. Docs are well informed and not condescending. Location is good; facilities excellent. Lots of automation - I didn't need to fill in a hundred paper forms. Easy in and out.
I was taken in promptly. Donna did an excellent job and had my next appointment scheduled before I even got out of the chair.

I had a first visit to have my teeth cleaned and evaluated and everything went very well. My Hygienist was Kimberly Lynn. Kim was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and also gave me additional information about caring for my teeth and gums. After Kim finished cleaning my teeth I met staff Dentist Eric Block. Eric further explained and expanded on everything Kim had discussed with me and we made plans for my next treatment and appointment. All in all, an excellent experience.
The office was very quiet and professional and the staff was very attentive to my needs.
