Bad experience gone good. I came to Acura of Peoria for my first car buying experience; the start of our relationship was a little rough because of some mis-communication and problems I experienced. I did voice my feelings and reached out to management at Acura of Peoria for assistance. I dealt with Lexi Cremieux & Brijen Dave; they listened to my complaint and asked me to bring my car in so they could do a thorough inspection in the hopes of finding a permanent resolution. Acknowledgement of Great Sales, Financial & Service Staff I was very impressed with the staff's courtesy, professionalism, understanding and willingness to help any way they could to ensure that things worked out for the customer's benefit. Reliable advisor Vince was very friendly, personable, had appropriate customer relations skills, kneeling down to talk with me and explain my car evaluation and repair needs. He then also took the time to answer my questions, helping me prioritize which repairs to invest in currently (an old Acura my husband and I are trying to get by driving for another couple years). I have never experienced such great customer service when purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were very happy with the service we received and the quickness of getting what we were looking for. We were in the dealership by noon on Sunday and picked out the vehicle and were out driving out by 3 pm . Thank you Alex Gonzalez and Brian Peters !
