This is simply the best place to do business. A great atmosphere in both sales and service. They treat me well and take great care of my vehicle.
Can't say enough about how happy I am to have Acura of Peoria as my servicing dealer. I can count on Mike to handle my service needs promptly and correctly.
I have always had good service at Acura of Peoria. Mike takes good care of my husband and I. Our MDX is aways fixed right and washed before they hand it back to me.
Mike always gets me in and out I drop my car off and take my loaner car inside of 10 minutes. Tey do a great job here and that is why I drive over 100 miles to get there every time I need service!
Never have I trusted a car dealers service department. Acura of Peoria has turned that thought process around completely. I don't get that icky feeling I am accustomed to when I service my vehicle there. 5+ years serviceing my vehicle here and always enjoy taking it there. No one does it better!
I can always be sure that when I bring my vehicle to Mike I won't get a list of things my car doesn't need. He always shows me a report detailing what the technician sees and works through them on a 1 by 1 basis to discern what can and can't wait to be taken care of. Always a good experience, great people, good coffee.
Everytime I take my vehicle in I know I am in good hands. The service team always offers great service and a great value. Even though I don't take them up on it they offer to wash and vacuum my vehicle at no charge every time I visit, even if I am just there to have air put in the tires. I have enjoyed their service so much I have stopped taking my Honda to the local Honda dealer and having them service it at Acura. Just wanted to say thank you for the pleasant experience I had buying my Acura at Peoria Acura. Matthew Brunson was very professional through the entire process.
