We had done some homework before we came. The price on line worked for us. We came in went for a test drive and the rest seemed easy. We never felt pressured and rather felt like Fred, Eugene and Brian were there to serve us and help us get what we wanted.
Matthew was absolutely a wonderful client advisor. He steered me into the MDX that is a dream car! I am so pleased and love driving.
We worked out a fair pice online, were notified when the vehicle was ready and then stopped in to pick it up. We went over details about how the vehicle works, signed some papers and were out of there in a few hours. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. It was the best experience EVER buying a new car!
After being torn to shred by car salesman after car salesman, I wanted to give up the search for a car. We decided to go to the tent sale in Peoria just to see what they had to offer and didn't want to even talk to a salesman. Aaron was very very accomodating and has tremendous amount of patience. Ben was also intrumental in making the deal.Great teamwork. They were very persistent yet not pushy. Ryan of the service dept is also very nice. The receptionist is very corteous.
The price is very competitive. The service is really good. The whole process is hustle free and it saves me a lot of time and money.
