Our experience was quick and easy. My wife and I have to drive a few hours to the dealership but well worth it. We knew what we wanted and our salesman made sure we got it.
I recently received a delivery for an order placed online. The item, a wheel, had cosmetic damage that was not apparent until after unpacking. I called the parts department explained the situation. I believe it was Eric who I spoke with, without any hesitation he arranged to have a replacement wheel shipped expedited delivery to replace the damaged item prior to their receiving the original back. Experience could not have been better. Thanks!
I just leased a new 2012 Acura TL from Acura of Peoria and I love the car! This is my eight Acura lease/purchase over several years and I have to say this lease was the easiest one I can remember,all because of Mr.Doug Randall. Doug knows the "car business" and he also knows "Customer Service" and how a customer should be treated during the the whole "car buying experience". I always make my husband deal with car negotiations because it is typically a pain. This time my husband was busy and talked me into going into the dealership and giving it a "go" since I was ready to purchase if we could make the numbers work.
