We had the very best car buying experience ever! They were all friendly, fair and treated us with respect by listening and being very considerate to our requests. Doug searched for - and found - the exact car I was looking for (at a different dealership), and he then traveled to and from that dealership (in Scottsdale) to bring it back to Peoria for me to drive. We have leased 5 vehicles from this dealership now. From the outset, when they didn't know us, they were friendly, helpful, and easily beat the prices at another Acura dealership that we had leased from before. I went in today to look into replacing a leased 2010 model for a 2012, and Doug made the process quick, pleasant, and reasonable. I went to Acura of Peoria last week and met Ken Zdrok, and he had impressed me with his soft spoken attitude along with very professional way. Ken has explained complete navigation system twice as well most of the features. He is knowledgeable, there is no doubt about it.
