This is my first oil change visit and Ryan has taken awesome care of me that I will defiantly come back for my next service or anything Acura need.
friendly, was waiting on us when we arrived, kept us well informed in our two hour wait. Nice food and snacks. And we cant forget the coffee. i would definitely recommend mike and this dealership
I was greeted immediately upon arrival in the service bay; did not have to wait for service advisor; service advisor was knowledgeable and helpful; did not have to wait for loaner car.
Great customer service. And the waiting area is really nice. The wait wasnt bad. Overall I have been fully satisfied by the service and that's why I continue to take my vehicle there
Mike has been very helpful in explaining the service necessary on my MDX. He has a friendly manner, and has answered any question I might have as well as giving an honest quote on repairs.
From the begining, Glenn Dobson helped us to get the kind of car for our family that we were looking for. We needed something to fit our family of 5 comfortably with room for 1 or 2 more. We needed a car that was easy to get in and out off due to my back problems,something good in snow for when we visit family, and the list went on. He was amazing!! It was a nice experience working with Ryan. My Acura had some issue with the sensors and it usually takes about 45 mins to replace it, however Ryan figured that its going to be more than expected time, he immediately provided a loner car without wasting time. His sense of professionalism and friendliness it great. I would recommend this dealer and would also Thank Ryan for all his help.
I went to the dealership to have my Acura RSX looked at, it was making a grinding noise intermidiately, while driving. I have a tight schedule all week and really didn't have time to have my car in the shop. Ryan had ran my car through a 27 point inspection and had me in a loner car within the hour, so i could get on with my busy day. Thanks Ryan, you rock buddy. -Derek Snavely
