I can to acura with possible intensions of buying a new car. I dealt with Trevin Heard, who made me very comfortable and did not pressure me into something that I did not want to do. Although I did not buy a car that day, I will buy one from Acura of Peoria their customer service was phenomenal!!!
The only thing that was negative about this experience, was the first financial proposal came back with an offer of 5.9% interest. The website had advertised for 0.9%. I just thought that was dishonest.
I was greeted promptly and professionally, had my questions answered honestly and was able to painlessly negotiate a good price on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. No pressure involved.
The salesman Danny went above and beyond to meet my needs without showing any frustration on his behalf and got me into a car that I am very satisfied with. He was not pushy when it came time to sign the contract and he asked what I can afford to put down as opposed to what I new to put down, the paperwork process went by fairly quick and I was on my way. I was very satisfied with the respect and knowledge from the entire staff. I would recommend Acura of Peoria to anyone.
I have waited a week to write a review of the dealership. I am pleased to report this dealership has called twice in my first week of ownership to follow-up on my satisfaction. Additionally, the simplicity of the process while buying the car made my long drive to Peoria worth it. This is my first Acura, and if it is as dependable as I have read, I will definitely go back to this dealership when our other car is ready to be replaced.
This is the third time I have driven away, and quite happily I might add, with a new car from this dealership. They must be doing something right! ;-) I would definitely come back.
We came in because our lease was ending. Doug Randall helped us decide to get into a new lease.It was hassle free and we drove out of there that night in a new car. I have always had a great experience when dealing with Acura since 2005 from the east coast to the west coast now. This is our 4th car we've gotten from Acura.We are definitely sold on the best brand out there and the employees never make us regret it.
