We came in because our lease was ending. Doug Randall helped us decide to get into a new lease.It was hassle free and we drove out of there that night in a new car. I have always had a great experience when dealing with Acura since 2005 from the east coast to the west coast now. This is our 4th car we've gotten from Acura.We are definitely sold on the best brand out there and the employees never make us regret it.

i have been shopping around for a used car for quite sometime and meeting trevin was refreshing. he gave me the facts when i asked for them and not once did i feel like i was being pressured into buying something. he was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. i didn't want to make the mistake of rushing into a car purchase and after visiting several dealerships, i'm sure i'll be coming back to him when i'm ready to buy...
Doug bent over backwards to complete the negotiations, paperwork, delivery and even setting up our favorite radio stations without us travelling to the dealership. It was all done at our home. He understood we had a very short time period to complete our trade-in and complete the new lease as we were leaving town within a three day period. It was a pleasent experience shopping at Acura of Peoria. Chuck and Ben were very respectful, friendly and honest. Negotiation took about 30 min not something you would expect. The rest of the time was test drive, paperwork and financing. There was also a follow up email for feedback and letting me know detail servicing was performed so I dont have to worry until next service. I would highly recommend Acura of Peoria
