I recently purchased a used Dodge Magnum and was very satisfied with my overall experience. There were some hiccups along the way but when brought to the attention of the manager, they were dealt with promptly and quickly. I appreciate all the work they did in helping get my vehicle and plan on going back when I decide to do another trade in!

My wife and I went in to trade in our car. We ended up getting Jesse Stone, and we told him what we were looking for. A few minutes later, he showed us exactly what we had requested. However, after looking around just a bit more, we found an even better deal for the same exact car. He was helpful in negotiating a price that we could work with and in the end gave us great, non stressful experience.

About two years ago, I moved to the North Valley and have had to slowly change trusted retailers and service providers over time. When I began toying with the idea of replacing my car, I stopped by Acura of Peoria. We purchased a 2011 MDX from Acura of Peoria back in April and I'm just now getting around to writing a review (August 2011), I was recently in for service and had a great experience. I wanted to come back and give this dealer Kudos for not only their service but the sales department and financing was a great no hassle process. Truly one of my best new car buying experiences I can remember. Thank you all and keep up the great work.

I went into Acura of Peopria with an expectation that it would be a bad experience. I was instantly surprised but the level of professionalism and courtesy extended to me at first but I kept waiting for the inevitable letdown... it never happened. Prior to coming to Acura of Peoria I had a negative experience with another area dealership. Specifically I was discouraged away from looking at new car options as the sales rep stated I would experience sticker shock and should look at used car options instead. when me and my wife walked into the dealership we were greeted with a smile by Freddy. We let Freddy know what kind of car we were looking for and the price we were willing to spend. He spent time talking with us and then showing what was available on the lot. when we did not want any of the cars that were in the dealership he advised us we had choices from other dealerships they worked with. while searching online we found a Dodge caliber that we wanted to see only it was in Scottsdale. we then took a ride to the other deal... read more
