Doug was such a pleasure to work with! In fact the whole buying process was so easy and went smoothly from working with Doug on the deal to finalizing the paper work with Michael. We had a wonderful experience with Acura of Peoria and it was all due to Doug Randall. My husband I stopped by to see about getting out of our leased Acura TL with no intention of purchasing another Acura. After speaking with Doug he asked "Why not another Acura"? We were searching for a used Toyota Prius. This dealership had the exact color and options we wanted for the right price. I printed out the Internet ad, went to the store, negotiated with the sales guy (they added a few extra things on the car that weren't listed online, I took a few of them off), and we were out the door in two hours flat (including a test drive). I've purchased multiple cars from Acura Of Peoria. They've been great to deal with and are always looking out for my best interest. Since things have changed from my last purchase, they were able to take me out of my 2010 and put me in a new 2012 comparable model without raising my payment or my term. This is a dealer that knows how to take care of their customers. I would recommend contacting Chuck if you need a new vehicle. BTW, their Service department is the best!

For the past 6 years I have been driving the same mazda 6 with over 100k miles passed down.
