Great PR Everyone ar the dealership were very polite, friendly and pleasant. It was a very expensive visit, since the car needed a complete 100,000 mile checkup. The car needed a lot of part replacement. Parts were not that expensive, but labor was, but the work needed to be done.

Made my time feel valued and in no rush with such a decision. Offered to check back inventory to see if they had something more for what I was looking for. Courteous, prompt, and direct Overall experience has been fantastic - sales staff was experienced, courteous, and helpful. They didn’t try to sugar-coat anything which was very nice for a change. The staff was attentive and friendly. They didn’t Do the whole typical sales pitch to lure into purchasing a vehicle you couldn’t afford. My best car dealership experience ever!
MDX SERVICE I have owned 2 new Acura’s within past 6 years. Acura of Peoria Arizona has consistently serviced my cars. They are fair, honest and responsive. I have been fortunate to have same service advisor, Mathew Brunson. Mathew is the face dealership. Acura is fortunate to have an employee of Mathew’s caliber.
Total customer care From listening about our wants and needs through showing is available inventory we were first in mind of the sales staff. When we settled on our choice they then presented their options that they felt would fit us better In the end their guidance proved to be the best option in cost and quality. Worth driving past other dealers Working with Chaz has been an exceptional experience. After finding a SUV on Car Gurus and setting up a test drive, the journey started with bump but Chaz worked hard and we walked away with a much better vehicle. Acura is the BEST! I am in my 5th Acura and service and sales has been fantastic for every one of them. I am in my 3rd Acura since moving to the Phoenix area 9 years ago.
