This is the way car buying should be. I just purchased a new ILX from Alex yesterday. It was the best buying experience I've ever had. He made me a great deal on a wonderful car. He gave me the OTD price over the phone and there were no surprises. The deal was exactly as Alex said it would be. Finance was a breeze. I arrived at 2:00 pm and by 3:40 I was driving home.
