Greatest car buying experience ever I was impressed by Alex and the Peoria Acura from the minute I walked on the lot. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about every car I looked at . I was given top dollar for my trade in ( which has never happened at any dealership in the past) . There was no haggling or pressure to buy . The best car buying experience I have ever had I had stayed away from the dealership for a time time to avoid the awful experience of buying a car and dealt with driving around older vehicles that always broke down. However last sunday I had a Mr Stanley Brown helping me, and it has changed my mind completely about avoiding the dealership. Respect Alex handle my wife and I with respect and grace. He and Justin the financial guru. Made us feel like we were on there team as soon as we sat down to talk. Our situation needed some creative financing to get us approved. Even with very little credit history Justin took care of us like we were family. Aaron in sales was great to work with. Aaron in the show room was great to work with. Even though I couldn't get in the vehicle I originally wanted, he was able to get me in another one. Service center was ok but quality of work (paint/scratch) done could have been better quality, as well as communication.....
