We came in for an A1 service (without an appointment) and Ilene Osorio greeted us and got us in the queue. She went over the costs and said it would be ready in about 2 hours Our car was surprisingly ready to go sooner! Great service as usual!
Marc Anthony has amazing customer service! He was kind and patient and made sure I understood the price breakdown of the services I was getting. Everything was great and I’ll be back next time!
I took my Acura in for its scheduled oil change. I was greeted by Thomas Le, who checked me in on a previous maintenance check. Again, Thomas was friendly and welcoming and seemed interested in caring for my vehicle's service needs. I have no problem recommending Acura of Seattle and Thomas. The only issue I had was the following morning, I had a few drops of oil on my garage floor, leading me to believe the service technician may have spilled a little oil when refilling.
