Thomas Le in service took excellent care of me and my Acura TL. I don’t normally have dealership service take care of my car, but I’ve been going to Acura of Seattle for service on my TL for 11 years now, and they’ve never let me down

I had a great service experience. I was met at the door and directed to an advisor as soon as I arrived. Recommended services were clearly explained and my car was completed early. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. The shuttle was helpful addition as well.
