I had a great service experience. I was met at the door and directed to an advisor as soon as I arrived. Recommended services were clearly explained and my car was completed early. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. The shuttle was helpful addition as well.

We were greeted promptly and our service rep was friendly and very knowledgeable about the sour of the water leak. The leak was fixed within the time frame we were given. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Had to have my car towed in due to issues when I was driving on the freeway and losing power. I called the dealership to say I’ll be bringing it in. J’ai took the info and performed a diagnostic test and determined it was a bad ignition coil needing replacing. They were able to exchange it out and I was able to drive my car within 4 hours. The staff there has always been professional and personable. I was kept apprised of status while there. Good customer service and work
